Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee early childhood education programs tailored to playgroup, nursery, and kindergarten students.
  • Mentor pre-primary teachers by regularly observing classroom activities, providing constructive feedback, and supporting lesson planning to maintain consistent teaching standards.
  • Monitor and assess child development in social, emotional, language, physical, and cognitive domains, identifying any learning or behavioral concerns early.
  • Coordinate effectively with parents to communicate student progress, address any issues with professionalism, and foster strong home-school collaboration.
  • Plan and organize theme-based activities such as reading sessions, storytelling, art projects, and celebrations that promote engagement and learning.
  • Maintain safe, hygienic, child-friendly classrooms and learning environments that stimulate sensory and activity-based learning.
  • Lead and manage a dedicated team of 10 staff members, ensuring their performance meets organizational and educational standards.
  • Support continuous professional development for teaching staff, encouraging innovative teaching strategies that align with early childhood education best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and organizational policies to protect the well-being of students and staff in pre-primary settings.
