Pre-Primary Coordinator

The Pre-Primary Coordinator at Peace Education Foundation plays a vital role in overseeing the early childhood education programs, specifically designed for playgroup, nursery, and kindergarten levels. Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee early childhood education programs tailored to playgroup, nursery, and kindergarten students.
Mentor pre-primary teachers by regularly observing classroom activities, providing constructive feedback, and supporting lesson planning to maintain consistent teaching standards.
Monitor and assess child development in social, emotional, language, physical, and cognitive domains, identifying any learning or behavioral concerns early.
Coordinate effectively with parents to communicate student progress, address any issues with professionalism, and foster strong home-school collaboration.
Plan and organize theme-based activities such as reading sessions, storytelling, art projects, and celebrations that promote engagement and learning.
Maintain safe, hygienic, child-friendly classrooms and learning environments that stimulate sensory and activity-based learning.
Lead and manage a dedicated team of 10 staff members, ensuring their performance meets organizational and educational standards.
Support continuous professional development for teaching staff, encouraging innovative teaching strategies that align with early childhood education best practices.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and organizational policies to protect the well-being of students and staff in pre-primary settings.
