Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily travel operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle reservations, including booking, confirmations, cancellations, and amendments promptly and accurately.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with travel vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure optimal terms and pricing.
- Generate new sales leads and support sales efforts to increase client acquisition and revenue.
- Supervise and guide a team of two staff members, providing training, support, and performance feedback.
- Monitor customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and improve operational workflows.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, contracts, and sales activities for reporting and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements in services and operational strategies.
