Peakflow is looking for a creative and skilled Photographer to capture high-quality images that represent our brand and projects effectively. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in various photography techniques, from digital photography to studio and portrait photography. The role involves working closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce compelling visuals that align with company goals. While this position does not involve managing a team, the Photographer is expected to bring strong individual initiative and attention to detail. The Photographer must be proficient in photo editing and lighting techniques to enhance image quality and adapt to different shooting environments. The candidate should own an iPhone 13 or a better model to use for certain photography assignments that require mobile device capability. This role calls for someone passionate about storytelling through images and skilled in using both camera equipment and editing software to deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute photo shoots according to project requirements and creative briefs.
Utilize digital photography skills to capture high-resolution images for various marketing campaigns and internal use.
Apply lighting techniques effectively to create visually appealing images in studio and on-location environments.
Edit and retouch photographs using industry-standard photo editing software to optimize image quality.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure the visual content aligns with branding guidelines.
Maintain and operate photography equipment, including cameras, lighting units, and mobile devices like the iPhone 13 or better models.
Manage photo assets by organizing and cataloging images for easy retrieval and usage in different projects.
Stay updated with the latest photography trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve skills and outputs.
Adhere to company guidelines and safety protocols during all photo shoots and when handling equipment.
