Principal Responsibilities :
• To carry out Technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing work of all hotel properties.
• Assist the Construction Manager in the overall management, coordination and control of the project.
• Responsible for the overall execution and control of the project.
• Handling the running operation (Design validate, Execution Management and controlling).
• Coordination with project architects and engineers (check and comment construction drawings prepared by designers).
• Provide scheduling inputs for master program and planning and management of site logistic
• Supervise contractors work progress on site and monitor adequacy of resources and equipment
• Supervise contractors work quality and compliance with design documents & codes
• Manage interfaces on site between contractors
• Implement Quality Control procedures on site
• Will be responsible for the Planning and Execution of Project on the site.
• Leading team of Construction Managers and engineers
• Controlling overall construction works at various sites w.r.t. quality, cost & schedule, cash flows etc. with adherence to SOP. Motivating & guiding execution team & contractors.
• Analyze and control quality delivered as per the design
• Analyze and control the progress of the site
• Analyze, control and implement the timelines of the project in terms of quality, cost and time

Experience
• 12-15 years minimum experience
3-5 minimum projects of hotel/mall/bank
Education/Qualification Requirements
• Masters in Architecture or B.Arch
