PEB Site Supervisor

Dong Jian Structure is a reputable steel-structure company specializing in the delivery of pre-engineered steel buildings, fabrication and erection services, electric single-beam cranes, pre-painted sheet panels, steel structures, and PEB accessories. We are currently looking for a dedicated PEB Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site erection activities in Faisalabad. The successful candidate will ensure that all work is carried out safely, meets quality standards, and adheres to the project schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities related to the erection of pre-engineered steel buildings, including cladding and structural assembly.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- Manage site resources efficiently, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity.
- Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may impact the project timeline or quality.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities, including safety records, inspection reports, and material usage.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the pre-engineered building (PEB) or steel structure industry.
- Strong knowledge of steel erection processes, cladding installation, and related construction activities.
- Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in construction sites.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate multiple tasks.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle on-site challenges proactively.
