ChildLife Foundation is a leading healthcare organization managing 15 advanced children’s Emergency Rooms and over 350 Telemedicine Satellite Centers across Sindh, Balochistan, Punjab, and Northern Pakistan. Serving more than 2 million children annually through public sector hospitals, the foundation is dedicated to reducing child mortality by providing accessible, high-quality emergency care free of charge, 24/7. Pediatric professionals joining ChildLife play a vital role in delivering life-saving treatment within a mission-driven network focused on child health.

Key Responsibilities
The Pediatrician will be based full-time on-site in Multan, delivering comprehensive clinical care to infants, children, and adolescents in both emergency and primary care settings. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, treating, and following up on patients. The role involves conducting thorough examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing appropriate medications and therapies, and managing both acute and chronic pediatric conditions.

Collaboration is essential, as the Pediatrician will work closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure safe, evidence-based care that aligns with clinical protocols. Additional duties include educating families about health conditions and treatments, maintaining accurate medical documentation, and participating in quality improvement initiatives to uphold ChildLife’s standards of care.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated clinical expertise in Pediatrics and Primary Care, capable of managing a broad spectrum of pediatric health issues.
- Experience or formal training in Neonatology, with skills in caring for newborns and critically ill infants.
- Medical degree with current licensure or registration to practice as a Pediatrician in Pakistan.
- Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced emergency and hospital environments.
- Commitment to ethical, child-centered care, with strict adherence to clinical guidelines and infection control protocols.
- Strong communication skills for counseling families, documenting patient care, and coordinating with hospital partners.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required in emergency care settings.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Postgraduate qualifications in Pediatrics such as FCPS, MCPS, DCH, or their equivalents are preferred.
