Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement business process management (BPM) solutions using the Pega platform. Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and quality assurance teams to deliver scalable, high-performance applications that align with enterprise standards and best practices. Support both technical and business aspects of software development, including requirements analysis, application design, and implementation. Act as a subject matter expert within project teams by providing guidance on business and technical issues. Serve as a key point of contact for technical challenges across multiple projects and work streams. Proactively identify potential risks and obstacles, develop strategic solutions, and recommend practical alternatives. Mentor and support technical staff in resolving complex problems. Participate in recruiting efforts to attract top technical talent and strengthen the team. Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices, including source code control and code reviews. Oversee the team’s daily technical activities to maintain productivity and quality.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of five years’ experience developing enterprise applications on the Pega platform is essential. Strong expertise in declarative rules, agents, data transforms, and integration components such as Connectors, Services, and Data Pages is required. Familiarity with DevOps tools including Jenkins, Git, and Pega Deployment Manager is expected. Candidates must hold a Certified Pega System Architect (CSA) certification; additional certifications such as CSSA or CLSA are advantageous. A solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies is necessary. Excellent analytical and communication skills are critical for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
