You will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies that promote organizational development and growth. You will be responsible for crafting innovative performance management systems, developing strategic HR policies, and overseeing their deployment across the company to ensure alignment with our business objectives.

In this role, you are expected to:

  • Lead talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding new hires, aligning recruitment efforts with our strategic needs.
  • Implement and oversee comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a seamless integration of new employees.
  • Performance Management: Develop robust performance appraisal systems and methodologies, ensuring they accurately reflect employee contributions and align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Policy Development and Management: Draft, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures focusing on people management and organizational behavior, ensuring effective communication and adherence across the organization.
  • HR Analytics and Metrics: Establish and track HR performance indicators and metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and their impact on employee performance and organizational development.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to HR team members and managers on strategic HR management, performance appraisals, and policy implementation.
  • Resource Optimization and Efficiency: Provide expert advice on the allocation and optimization of personnel and resources to foster cost-effective operations and promote a collaborative work environment.
  • KPIs and Performance Metrics: Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement matrices to track the efficiency and effectiveness of HR initiatives and their impact on organizational performance.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership to ensure HR strategies support business objectives and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA highly preferred
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) beneficial.
  • 5-7 years of work experience in Human Resources
  • 2-4 years of work experience in a North American or European company an Asset
  • Demonstrated knowledge of organizational development strategies, performance management systems, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills, capable of driving HR initiatives that align with overall business strategies.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis, with a strong understanding of HR metrics and analytics.

  • Electricity backup (Ups/Generator/Others)
