As a UKG Senior Consultant, you will help clients align their HR functions with organizational objectives while enhancing employee experience. The position involves working on diverse, cross-functional projects across multiple industries and geographies, providing a dynamic environment for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support client engagements by leveraging deep expertise in Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Forecasting, Labour Scheduling, and other Workforce Management processes and systems. Collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams to ensure the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of project outcomes. Act as a subject matter expert in one or more Workforce Management domains. Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Build, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Migration, and Postproduction Support. Contribute to the creation of thought leadership, tools, methodologies, and collateral that enhance Workforce Management service offerings. Manage and support internal EY initiatives within the practice. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams across global locations, ensuring excellent communication and high client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential. Candidates should have 6 to 9 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in Workforce Management covering time management, attendance, forecasting, scheduling, and Payroll consulting. Experience in a consulting environment working on global client projects is required. Strong communication and presentation skills, along with high integrity and the ability to manage ambiguity proactively, are critical. Candidates must demonstrate cross-cultural awareness, high energy, agility, and adaptability. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as per EY and country-specific travel guidelines is expected.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Demonstrated technical proficiency in Workforce Management with a practical, business-driven approach to solving complex global client challenges is highly valued. Strong technical knowledge of end-to-end Workforce Management processes is preferred. Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and process mapping/documentation software like Visio is advantageous. Experience in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and work instructions is beneficial. The ability to conduct Workforce Management process reviews and identify opportunities for efficiency and control improvements is desirable. Exposure to workforce transformation programs enabled by technology, including participation or leadership in multi-workstream initiatives, is a plus. Experience with policy reviews, Workforce Management assessments, vendor selection, and global payroll process design and implementation support will strengthen candidacy.
