Pakistan Digital Authority is seeking a dedicated People & Culture Officer to join its team in Islamabad. This role is pivotal in supporting the implementation of the Authority’s human resource policies and people initiatives. The successful candidate will assist in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, HR operations, and record management. The position aims to foster an efficient, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and selection processes by managing job postings, coordinating with candidates, scheduling interviews, handling documentation, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
- Coordinate performance management activities, including training programs, learning initiatives, and employee development efforts.
- Assist in driving employee engagement, well-being, and workplace culture initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
- Support the implementation and adherence to HR policies, procedures, and relevant rules and regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain workforce data, and provide management with timely information related to recruitment, staffing, performance, training, and other people-related matters.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience in human resource management, people operations, recruitment, or related HR functions are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in recruitment, employee records management, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations will be considered an advantage.
- Prior experience working in the public sector, development organizations, or large private-sector entities is desirable.
