The People Engagement Consultant is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore, focused on enhancing employee experience and strengthening organizational culture. This role involves designing and executing people engagement strategies through workshops, training sessions, and various initiatives. The consultant works closely with client stakeholders to identify engagement challenges, develop customized interventions, and facilitate sessions for both teams and leadership. Regular collaboration with internal teams ensures continuous improvement of tools and frameworks, while active participation in client meetings helps build strong relationships and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement people engagement strategies, including workshops and training sessions that promote a positive organizational culture.
- Consult with client stakeholders to diagnose engagement challenges and develop tailored solutions.
- Facilitate interactive sessions for teams and leaders to drive engagement and development.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to track the impact and effectiveness of engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal MIH teams to refine tools, frameworks, and service offerings.
- Participate actively in client meetings and events, focusing on relationship building and delivering measurable results.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR, organizational development, learning and development, or people engagement consulting.
- Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to design and deliver engaging workshops and training sessions.
- Competence in conducting needs analyses, diagnosing people-related challenges, and proposing practical, actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and build effective relationships.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work efficiently under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as Microsoft Office and online collaboration platforms for designing materials and reporting outcomes.
- Experience working with diverse teams and organizations; prior consulting experience is advantageous.
