People Experience & Operations Associate

This role focuses on delivering an exceptional employee experience by ensuring timely and accurate HR service delivery, adherence to policies, and effective coordination with stakeholders. The position involves continuous improvement of HR operations and employee engagement initiatives through digitization and automation. The incumbent will support a large frontline workforce by managing key HR processes, facilitating training, and acting as the primary contact for HR operational matters within the plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including system enrollment, organizational announcements, induction programs, asset returns, employment documentation, and final settlement coordination.
- Ensure new employees are promptly and accurately registered in all relevant HR systems such as EC, SAP, and the Attendance Management System.
- Provide comprehensive employee services support to over 450 frontline employees, handling online Provident Fund applications, salary advance requests, and other employee inquiries.
- Coordinate the distribution of health insurance cards and collaborate with insurance providers to verify and process medical claims efficiently.
- Facilitate essential people processes for the offline workforce, including completion of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) surveys, distribution of Performance Development Reviews (PDRs), and communication of salary changes.
- Prepare and issue various employee documents such as employment verification letters, bank and visa letters, and experience certificates for separated employees.
- Support Talent Management initiatives by organizing frontline training sessions and maintaining accurate records of participants, attendance, and feedback within the learning management system.
- Plan and deliver mandatory Code of Conduct training for frontline employees, while assisting with broader learning and capability-building programs.
- Serve as the focal point for plant HR operational deliverables, ensuring timely reporting, addressing employee queries, and maintaining service delivery within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Support Business Unit HR Operations projects and plant engagement activities, including OHS initiatives and rewards and recognition programs.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, digitization, and enhanced reporting to optimize HR operations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in employee services, payroll, or HR administration.
- Strong skills in employee services, onboarding and offboarding, frontline workforce support, HR systems administration, benefits coordination, employee documentation, training coordination, and operational reporting.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
