Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for employee queries via ServiceNow cases, live chat, and email, providing end-to-end support and timely resolution for Tier 1 cases.
- Manage straightforward HR cases efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on service excellence.
- Identify complex or unresolved issues and escalate them to Tier 2 specialists, ensuring smooth handovers and timely resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and participating in process optimization and automation efforts.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with employees, Tier 2 specialists, and other stakeholders throughout case resolution.
- Stay current on People Services policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and accurate support.
- Conduct audits and peer reviews aligned with the Quality Framework to uphold service standards and identify process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR or people services role.
- Solid understanding of employee data management, including data entry, maintenance, and validation.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory and data requirements.
- Proficiency with Workday and other HR technologies to support effective service delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to assist employees clearly and professionally.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and effective time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
