Part-Time SALES Representative

Peptina is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Part-Time Sales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products directly to retail shops in Karachi, engaging shop owners through product introductions and sample distribution. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong customer relationships, monitor product sales, and manage payment collections effectively. The position is part-time, typically from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and offers a fixed salary with additional fuel allowances and commission opportunities. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of sales experience, preferably within FMCG or retail sectors, and possess a good knowledge of Karachis markets and areas. A self-motivated, presentable individual with a car and basic English communication skills is essential. This role does not involve managing a team but requires strong individual time management and reporting capabilities. You will be responsible for maintaining daily visit and sales reports to support sales tracking and business growth.
Responsibilities

Visit retail shops in assigned areas to introduce and promote Peptinas products.
Provide product samples to shop owners to encourage trial and product placement.
Place a limited quantity of products on consignment basis with retail shops.
Perform follow-ups with shops to monitor sales performance and product stock levels.
Collect payments promptly for sold products and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Maintain detailed daily visit reports and sales records to track progress and identify opportunities.
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure product placements and maximize sales.
Communicate effectively with shop owners to build and sustain long-term customer relationships.
Manage time efficiently during part-time working hours, adhering to schedule commitments.
Represent the company professionally and maintain a presentable appearance in all interactions.
Understand and navigate the local Karachi market dynamics to strategically target potential retail locations.
Adhere to company policies regarding product handling, sales procedures, and customer engagement.
