Performance / Digital Marketer

MCS Digitizing is seeking a skilled Digital Marketer / Performance Marketer to join their team at their Karachi office. This role offers an attractive salary package of up to PKR 100,000 per month, depending on experience. The position is full-time, onsite, and requires working night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on e-commerce and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Manage social media accounts with expertise in content scheduling and audience engagement.
- Develop and implement social media strategies and content calendars aligned with current trends.
- Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign performance analysis to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns meet business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2.5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, specifically with e-commerce and international campaigns.
- Proven expertise in handling social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram.
- Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, including hands-on experience in campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Deep understanding of audience targeting, retargeting strategies, and performance metrics.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and improve key performance indicators such as ROAS.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
