INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Performance Management Executive to join its Human Resources team. This role plays a critical part in managing talent, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting organizational growth across various industries. Working closely with the Performance Management Lead, you will help execute and continuously improve talent and performance management processes, contributing to a robust talent pipeline and a high-performance culture. INTECH’s people-centric approach means you will actively participate in building a strong organizational culture and implementing best HR practices aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of performance management systems, tools, and frameworks.
- Coordinate annual and mid-cycle performance reviews, ensuring timely completion, accurate tracking, and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Analyze performance and talent data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor company-wide performance and talent metrics.
- Create and update performance management documentation, including SOPs, guidelines, FAQs, and templates.
- Design mock-ups, process flows, and prototypes for new or revised performance management processes to facilitate validation and stakeholder alignment.
- Develop and manage employee communications related to performance cycles, talent management, and related initiatives.
- Assist in preparing executive presentations and management materials on performance and employee development frameworks.
- Provide project management support, tracking deliverables, timelines, and action items for performance management initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and managers to ensure smooth implementation of performance and talent management programs.
- Conduct regular stakeholder follow-ups to resolve queries and pending actions promptly.
- Support rollout of new initiatives through testing, feedback collection, and process refinement.
- Maintain accurate records to ensure governance and consistency across performance management activities.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the employee and manager experience throughout performance management processes and suggest practical improvements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in performance management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word, with hands-on experience in Power BI.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to engage effectively with employees and stakeholders.
- Practical knowledge of performance management systems, tools, and review cycles.
- Ability to develop process mock-ups, flowcharts, and prototypes for performance initiatives.
- Excellent written communication skills for creating clear employee communications and internal documentation.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
