We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial performance marketing professional to join our team and help build the company from the ground up. This role goes beyond simply managing ads; it requires a deep understanding of business challenges and the ability to identify true growth opportunities across multiple channels and touchpoints. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the entire performance marketing function, shaping acquisition strategies, optimizing funnels, offers, landing pages, tracking, and conversions, and eventually leading and expanding the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the performance marketing strategy end-to-end, focusing on sustainable revenue growth rather than just ad spend.
- Analyze the full customer journey to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement beyond traditional platforms like Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn.
- Develop and test hypotheses on what to stop, start, or scale in campaigns, offers, and funnels to maximize return on investment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine offers, optimize landing pages, and improve tracking and attribution systems.
- Define and implement a scalable playbook for paid acquisition that aligns with broader business goals.
- Make data-driven decisions and confidently recommend when to kill underperforming campaigns or scale successful ones.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing performance marketing team as the company grows.
- Influence overall marketing and business strategy with insights derived from paid acquisition metrics and funnel economics.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of paid acquisition metrics such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), CPL (Cost Per Lead), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), conversion rates, attribution models, and funnel economics.
- Ability to connect marketing performance data to actual business outcomes and revenue impact.
- Strategic thinker who can look beyond channel-specific tactics to identify real business bottlenecks and growth levers.
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and providing honest feedback, such as recognizing when ad spend is not the solution or when offers and follow-up processes need improvement.
- Experience working in dynamic environments where roles are not rigidly defined, and the ability to adapt and build processes from scratch.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where building systems and teams from the ground up is valued.
- A mindset focused on long-term business growth rather than short-term campaign management.
- Opportunity to shape the marketing function and company strategy, with room for career growth into leadership roles.
- Collaborative culture that values innovative thinking and strategic problem-solving over routine task execution.
If you are looking for a traditional, narrowly defined role focused solely on managing ads, this position may not be the right fit. However, if you want to be part of building the marketing framework and driving meaningful business impact from day one, we encourage you to apply.
