Bettersource, a leading provider of global staffing and outsourcing solutions for companies in Australia and New Zealand, is partnering with an Australian client in the energy comparison industry to recruit a part-time Performance Marketer. This role involves managing digital marketing efforts, leading website design and performance improvements, and overseeing paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms. The position is initially for a two-month project requiring approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential for long-term engagement based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all website-related projects, including UX/UI updates, landing page performance, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), ensuring effective media buying and budget management.
- Implement marketing strategies with a focus on quality control and continuous monitoring of campaign performance.
- Utilize APIs to integrate lead forms, automation tools, analytics platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Provide weekly performance reports covering key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per lead (CPL), conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS), identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Create advertising creatives using AI tools and Canva; advanced graphic design skills are not required.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns, landing pages, target audiences, and creatives to enhance overall performance.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in performance marketing and media buying.
- Proven ability to manage substantial advertising budgets on Google and Meta platforms.
- Experience independently setting up and managing landing pages and paid campaigns.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or equivalent marketing platforms for campaign testing and management.
- Comfortable creating basic ad creatives using AI tools and Canva.
