Lakhani Builders is seeking a skilled Performance Marketer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving how potential buyers discover our luxury real estate projects through paid digital channels. Your efforts will focus on converting advertising spend into qualified leads, site visits, and ultimately bookings, ensuring a strong return on investment for our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, and YouTube.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maintain cost per qualified lead within target ranges.
- Conduct testing of different audiences, landing pages, and creative assets to improve campaign performance.
- Implement conversion tracking and integrate CRM-linked reporting to monitor lead quality and sales impact.
- Prepare and present clear weekly and monthly performance reports to sales teams and company leadership.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Demonstrated success in generating real estate leads specifically within the Karachi market.
- Proficiency in using Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for campaign management and analysis.
- Ability to provide data-backed results from past campaigns, showcasing measurable impact.
- Understanding of the behavior and needs of high-ticket property buyers, including methods to filter and prioritize serious enquiries.
