We are seeking a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social media, and display advertising. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing ad campaigns, monitoring key performance indicators, conducting A/B tests, and adjusting budgets and bids to achieve targeted ROI and KPIs. Collaboration with content creators, designers, and developers is essential to ensure campaign messaging, landing pages, and user experiences are aligned and effective.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across paid search and paid social platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to maximize customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to improve conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including content, design, and development to ensure cohesive messaging and user experience.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Adjust budgets and bids dynamically to meet or exceed ROI and KPI targets.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing to continuously enhance campaign strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in performance marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization on paid search and social media platforms.
- Proficiency with analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms for tracking and analyzing KPIs.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization, A/B testing methodologies, audience segmentation, and funnel analysis.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO basics, content alignment, and best practices for landing pages.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a performance marketing or growth-focused role, ideally within a technology or digital services environment.
- Analytical mindset with a commitment to staying current on emerging digital marketing trends and tools.

Location and Working Hours
This position is based at our office in Statelife Society, Lahore. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
