Performance Marketer (LinkedIn Leads)

MAR Group Of Companies is seeking a motivated Performance Marketer Executive with at least one year of experience in performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign tracking. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, running, and optimizing paid campaigns, monitoring results, and supporting growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Demonstrate proficiency in LinkedIn Leads, Google Ads, and possess basic knowledge of Meta Ads.
- Schedule and manage both organic and paid social media content effectively.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
- Assist in campaign planning, budgeting, and preparing regular reports.
- Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Monitor campaign performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and return on investment (ROI), making data-driven optimizations.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
