Performance Marketing Executive We're Hiring: Intermediate Performance Marketing Executive – Join our team and drive high-performing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Experience: 2–3 Years

What You'll Do
  • Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
  • Monitor and improve campaign performance by tracking ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and CPM.
  • Set up conversion tracking, remarketing, audience targeting, and analytics using Meta Pixel, GTM, and GA4.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights using Looker Studio and Excel.
Who Can Apply:
  • Note: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid advertising.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube).
  • Basic to intermediate experience with LinkedIn Ads and Reddit Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience creation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
