Performance Marketing Executive

Beta Web Solutions is seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site position involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels including search, social media, and display advertising. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving measurable growth by managing budgets, analyzing campaign data, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to align efforts with business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced tracking setups including Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and optimize retargeting campaigns and sales funnels to maximize conversions.
- Analyze campaign data regularly to make informed, performance-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to enhance ad content and improve campaign results.
- Manage and execute campaigns for international clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assist in shaping marketing strategies that boost brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate consistently with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and campaign success.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong expertise in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Practical experience with TikTok Ads platform.
- Advanced knowledge of conversion tracking and analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
- Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of campaigns, and deliver results under deadlines.
