Performance Marketing Executive (Meta & Google Ads)

Matrix Pharma is seeking a proactive and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage Meta and Google advertising campaigns for our online store, matrixpharma.com. This role involves owning a monthly advertising budget and collaborating closely with our in-house design and video teams. The primary goal is to maximize delivered orders for every rupee spent, ensuring efficient and effective ad spend. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with campaign management, creative testing, and data-driven reporting to continuously optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:
Plan, launch, and manage Meta and Google ad campaigns specifically for matrixpharma.com. You will be responsible for managing the monthly budget in alignment with return targets set by the Head of Digital. This includes identifying and pausing underperforming campaigns while scaling successful ones. Maintaining clean ad accounts with clear naming conventions, minimal active campaigns, and no wasted spend is essential.

Creative and Testing:
Collaborate with our in-house motion and static designers by briefing them on new ad creatives. Conduct structured creative testing and refresh ads regularly to prevent audience fatigue. Experiment with new audiences, products, and promotional offers on a monthly basis to discover new growth opportunities.

Tracking and Reporting:
Ensure accurate conversion tracking by working closely with the Head of Digital and web developer. Measure campaign success based on delivered orders using courier data rather than just platform metrics. Provide concise weekly reports every Friday detailing spend, delivered orders, cost per order, return per rupee, recent changes, and upcoming tests. Maintain a written guide for each ad account to document strategies and learnings.

Required Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience:
2 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google ads, with a minimum monthly ad spend of Rs 5 lakh.

Key Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, and frequency control.
- Skilled in Google Ads, particularly Search and Performance Max campaigns, conversion goal setup, and search term analysis.
- Ability to interpret results based on actual delivered orders rather than just platform ROAS.
- Strong understanding of attribution windows, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
- Ability to provide clear, straightforward weekly reporting using plain numerical data.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
