Datum Labs is a data engineering and AI consultancy with a global presence across the US, Germany, Sweden, and the Middle East. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital presence, including paid campaigns, SEO, content strategy, and performance reporting. This role will cover all service lines and product portfolios, driving growth and brand visibility in a fast-evolving AI-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the global marketing and growth strategy, focusing on AI consulting, custom software development, AI workflow automation, cloud, and enterprise solutions.
- Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies that translate complex technical services into clear business value propositions.
- Lead product marketing efforts including messaging, positioning, pricing support, competitive analysis, and new solution launches.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives, executive branding, PR, industry awards, employer branding, and partnership marketing.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team while collaborating closely with Sales, Engineering, HR, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
- Develop data-driven marketing operations, including reporting, attribution, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy, planning, execution, and reporting across paid, organic, and social channels.
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads targeting B2B and technology audiences.
- Drive demand generation through SEO, GEO, content marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Define and track KPIs aligned with marketing goals, delivering actionable insights through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies including technical audits, keyword research, and on-page optimization to increase organic visibility and lead generation.
- Manage the content calendar across website, blog, LinkedIn, and other social channels, ensuring content is on-brand and optimized for search and audience engagement.
- Create case studies, landing pages, and thought leadership content that reinforce Datum Labs’ positioning in technical domains.
- Build conversion-focused digital experiences that increase qualified sales pipeline.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and UTM discipline, resolving any tracking issues.
- Monitor funnel performance from click to lead to opportunity and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct structured A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and offers to improve conversion rates in collaboration with design and development teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Design, Content, and Leadership to ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives and pipeline goals.
- Provide clear creative briefs to designers and content writers, and write compelling ad copy tailored for a technical B2B audience.
- Mentor junior marketing team members on analytics, SEO, and content best practices.
- Utilize AI-powered marketing tools and prompt engineering to enhance research, content creation, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B, technology, SaaS, or consultancy sectors.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads; experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Strong SEO fundamentals, including GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, technical SEO, and on-page optimization.
- Proficient in conversion tracking, pixel/API-based measurement, and UTM discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build funnel views and distinguish real trends from normal variance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining performance metrics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency and measurable outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to US, European, or Middle Eastern markets.
- Background in data, AI, software consultancy, or B2B SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, including lead-source attribution.
- Certifications such as Google Ads, GA4, or Meta Blueprint are advantageous.
