The Performance Marketing Manager role is based in Bahria Town, Lahore, offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to PKR 200,000. This full-time, on-site position requires working Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid campaign management and data-driven optimization. This role demands a results-oriented professional capable of leading campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Monitor key performance indicators including campaign budgets, conversions, ROAS, CPA, and CPL to ensure optimal results.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, target audiences, landing pages, and campaign tactics to enhance effectiveness.
- Analyze marketing data and generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment.
- Collaborate closely with content, design, sales, and business development teams to boost lead generation and conversion rates.
- Perform audience research, competitor analysis, and market research to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Continuously explore and test new strategies, channels, and targeting methods to improve campaign outcomes.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
- Demonstrated success in managing paid campaigns that deliver measurable lead generation or revenue results.
- Strong understanding of key digital marketing metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and campaign attribution models.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
