The Performance Marketing Manager role is based in Bahria Town, Lahore, with working hours from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Friday. This full-time, on-site position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to PKR 200,000. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, demonstrating a strong ability to lead and optimize paid digital campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a results-oriented professional skilled in campaign strategy, data analysis, and conversion optimization to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics including budgets, conversions, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), CPL (Cost Per Lead), and other key indicators.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, target audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies to enhance effectiveness.
- Analyze marketing data and generate regular performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximize marketing spend ROI.
- Collaborate closely with content, design, sales, and business development teams to boost lead generation and conversion rates.
- Perform audience research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Continuously explore and test new strategies, channels, and targeting methods to improve campaign outcomes.
- Stay current with the latest trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
- Demonstrated experience managing paid campaigns focused on lead generation or revenue growth.
- Solid understanding of key performance metrics such as CPC (Cost Per Click), CPM (Cost Per Mille), CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and campaign attribution models.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting performance targets.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
