Noxlumyn is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team remotely. This role is not entry-level and requires hands-on expertise in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns while continuously testing new audiences, creatives, messaging, and strategies to improve overall performance. A basic understanding of SEO, Local SEO, and website optimization is preferred, though advanced SEO skills are not required. There is an opportunity to learn and develop these skills further within the role.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads:
- Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns targeting lead generation and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and develop effective campaign and ad group structures.
- Write and test conversion-focused ad copy.
- Manage match types, negative keywords, bidding strategies, and budgets.
- Monitor search terms, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Identify and reduce wasted advertising spend.
- Optimize campaigns based on actual leads and business results.
- Conduct A/B testing across ads, audiences, landing pages, and messaging.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining performance.
Meta Ads:
- Build and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns via Meta Ads Manager.
- Develop lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Build and optimize audience segments, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Test creative elements, copy, offers, hooks, and calls to action.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify creative fatigue.
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Recommend new creative and messaging angles based on data.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve results.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Regularly monitor campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze key metrics including CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, and conversion volume.
- Use data-driven insights to determine what is working and what needs adjustment.
- Create performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Identify funnel issues impacting conversion rates.
- Collaborate on landing pages, creatives, messaging, and targeting to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Make decisions based on measurable results rather than assumptions.
Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization:
- Review landing pages to identify conversion barriers.
- Recommend improvements to page structure, messaging, CTAs, and user experience.
- Ensure alignment between ad messaging and landing page content.
- Monitor landing page conversion rates and suggest enhancements.
- Work with relevant teams to implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) improvements.
Basic SEO & Website Support:
- Understand fundamentals of SEO and Local SEO.
- Conduct basic keyword and competitor research.
- Recognize how website content, page structure, and keywords impact search visibility.
- Identify basic on-page SEO opportunities including titles, headings, URLs, and content.
- Understand Google Search Console and organic performance metrics.
- Detect simple technical or website issues affecting SEO or conversions.
- Support SEO initiatives and develop these skills over time.
- Advanced SEO experience is not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Proven expertise managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Demonstrated success running campaigns focused on leads, conversions, or revenue.
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding, optimization, and testing.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing spend based on performance.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in key metrics such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, and CVR.
- Experience with conversion tracking and analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Ability to independently identify problems and recommend effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of SEO is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and develop SEO/AEO skills.
