Byte Advisory is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, launching, and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads. This role is focused on converting ad spend into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with hands-on experience in paid media and a strong focus on key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates. The position requires close collaboration with clients on strategy as well as teamwork with content, design, and automation teams to develop comprehensive full-funnel campaigns—from creative assets and landing pages to reporting and ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Set up and maintain campaign structures, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for CAC, ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Build and maintain UTM tracking, conversion tracking, and attribution setups.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop ad creative, copy, and landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing on creative elements, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign data and provide clear, actionable recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Prepare client-facing performance reports and dashboards.
- Manage budgets responsibly across multiple client accounts and platforms.
- Stay informed on platform updates, ad policies, and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns to identify and resolve root causes.
- Coordinate with automation teams to integrate campaign data into internal dashboards and reporting tools.
- Maintain clear documentation of campaign setups, naming conventions, and reporting processes.
- Participate in client calls to present results and discuss strategic adjustments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads.
- Practical expertise in campaign setup, audience targeting, and bid management.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and UTM parameters.
- Proficiency in interpreting key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns or client accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to create clear, client-ready performance reports.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within budget constraints.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Effective collaboration skills and professionalism in responding to feedback.
- Comfortable using time-tracking and project management software.
- Must have own computer and stable internet connection during probation period.
- Willingness to work from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT to align with US business hours (9 AM to 6 PM EST).
- This is a full-time or contract role with a 3-month probation period.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads or TikTok Ads.
- Familiarity with landing page builders such as Unbounce or Webflow, or basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools like HubSpot or GoHighLevel.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and integration of organic and paid strategies.
- Experience working with US-based clients or agencies.
- Familiarity with dashboarding tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau.
- The role offers remote or hybrid work options based on candidate preference.
- Monthly salary ranges from PKR 25,000 to PKR 100,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
Success in this role is measured by consistently meeting or exceeding CAC and ROAS targets, maintaining accurate tracking and attribution, delivering clear and timely client reports, quickly identifying and resolving underperforming campaigns, managing budgets effectively, responding well to feedback, and ensuring all campaigns are thoroughly tested before launch.
