Personal Brand Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Brand Manager to lead the growth and scaling of multiple personal brands within the e-commerce space, focusing on platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and digital growth channels. This role centers on creating a content-driven authority ecosystem that attracts inbound leads and drives business expansion. The position requires working closely with the founder and eventually leading the content function, emphasizing strategic brand building rather than just content posting. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 4 PM to 1 AM, and the role is full-time onsite at our Islamabad office.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning: Develop tailored strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X. Conduct thorough research on viral trends, competitor content, and high-performing formats specific to e-commerce. Create and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with overall business objectives.

Content Ideation, Scripting & Messaging: Generate viral hooks, video concepts, and series ideas. Write or guide the creation of short-form scripts, long-form video outlines, and LinkedIn content. Ensure all messaging supports authority building and lead generation goals.

AI-Driven Content Systems: Utilize AI tools to generate ideas, enhance scripts, repurpose content, and analyze performance. Build efficient workflows to increase content output, reduce production time, and continuously test new AI technologies and systems.

Content Production Management: Plan and manage content shoots and recording schedules. Direct the founder on delivery, hooks, and on-camera performance. Collaborate with video editors by providing clear briefs and maintaining consistent editing style and quality.

Distribution & Repurposing: Transform a single piece of content into multiple assets such as shorts, reels, carousels, and LinkedIn posts. Ensure consistent posting across platforms and maximize reach through strategic distribution.

Platform Optimization & Growth: Optimize profiles by refining bios, covers, thumbnails, and links. Stay updated on platform algorithms, track emerging trends, and adapt strategies swiftly to maintain growth momentum.

Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics including views, engagement, follower growth, and lead generation. Identify successful content patterns and iterate strategies based on data insights.

Lead Generation Alignment: Align all content with offers, funnels, and calls to action. Support the inbound pipeline by facilitating smooth transitions from content to direct messages and calls.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience managing personal brands or content-driven accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X platforms.
- Proficiency with AI tools and workflows such as ChatGPT and automation software.
- Ability to identify viral trends and analyze content patterns effectively.
- Excellent copywriting skills, including crafting hooks, scripts, and posts.
- Experience collaborating with editors and content teams to deliver high-quality output.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon.
- Background in digital marketing or agency environments.
- Understanding of sales funnels and conversion psychology.
- Basic video editing knowledge is a plus.
