We are seeking an experienced PET Injection and Blow Moulding Machine Operator with practical expertise in both PET preform injection moulding and PET bottle blow moulding processes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating and maintaining these machines while ensuring production efficiency, product quality, and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a hands-on operator who can work independently and collaborate effectively with supervisors and maintenance teams to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate PET injection moulding machines to produce preforms.
- Operate PET blow moulding machines for manufacturing PET bottles.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings and production parameters to maintain optimal performance.
- Ensure consistent quality and output throughout the production process.
- Inspect PET preforms and finished bottles for defects and quality issues.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic machine and production problems promptly.
- Perform routine machine adjustments and minor repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate production records when required.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and production targets strictly.
- Coordinate closely with Production Supervisors and Maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in PET or plastic manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience operating both PET injection moulding and blow moulding machines.
- Strong understanding of PET preform and bottle production processes.
- Knowledge of machine settings, common defects, and quality control measures.
- Ability to operate machinery independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to machine operation.
- Good awareness of workplace safety practices and protocols.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience, ranging from Rs 30,000 to Rs 60,000 per month.

Work Location:
This is an in-person position requiring the candidate to work on-site.
