Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Writer to develop content for digital, and social media platforms. You will collaborate with our team to create blog posts and content for social media to engage our target audience, write email blasts and press releases and assist with marketing communication campaigns. You must know how to research various topics and industry trends and produce content on tight deadlines. Excellent grammar and writing skills are required for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Write, edit and publish content for websites, blogs, video, social media posts/campaigns, email campaigns, e-books, whitepapers and more.
- Create content that motivates, inspire educates, informs, sells and simply provides information, across a wide variety of digital platforms.
- Work closely with digital marketing team to produce content that generate results.
- Use your editing, content management, and HTML skills to publish and edit content across various digital platforms.
- Use your knowledge of SEO and content development to creat digital content that help us get found via search engines, and showcases our company leader within the industry.
- Research markets and industries to create content that is innovative and original.
- Create eye-catching and innovative headlines.
- Collaborate with campaign managers and relevant teams.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
- Portfolio of published articles.
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Familiarity with web publications
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Ability to meet deadlines
- 3+ years of professional writing experience, especially with digital platforms.
- Familiarity with keywords placement and SEO.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications or related fiel
