Objectives
A reputable veterinary clinic based at DHA Lahore needs commerce graduates to be appointed as for Accountant to handle the all the Accounts matters, maintains accounts operations and procedures. Candidate must be having an experience of 2-3 years in the relevant field, should be able to handle the accounts independently.
Responsibilities:
- The resource should have knowledge of accounting principles.
- Maintaining and updating both manual and computer ledgers through accounting software, book keeping and taxation.
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills and accounts payable and receivable.
- Record all Financial Transactions in Customized Software.
- Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure
- Auditing financial information
- Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, commentaries and financial statements
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Managing filing system.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
- Maintaining supply inventory.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Aiding with client reception as needed.
- Any other related task assigned by the Management.
Required Skills:
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Software
- Excellent in communications and written skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
