Retail Sales Executive

PetsPark is seeking a motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Executive to join our team at DHA Phase 5, Lahore. This full-time position requires an individual with a strong customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers, address their inquiries, and provide detailed product information. The ideal candidate has a sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining long-term customer relationships. The Retail Sales Executive will work onsite, actively contributing to the overall growth of the business by identifying potential customers, providing accurate product knowledge, and handling retail transactions efficiently. Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of relevant sales experience, be confident and presentable, and possess good negotiation skills. Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers to generate new sales opportunities.
Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster repeat business.
Achieve and strive to exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
Follow up on leads to convert prospects into confirmed sales.
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-ups.
Coordinate effectively with inventory, delivery, and other departments to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
Keep abreast of updated product information, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns.
Provide timely sales performance reports and updates to supervisors and management.
Demonstrate excellent cash handling and retail transaction processing during customer checkouts.
Participate actively in any additional sales-related tasks or company initiatives as directed by management.
