Store Manager

PetsPark is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead the daily operations at its branch in DHA Phase 5, Lahore. This role demands a proactive individual with at least two years of experience in branch management, retail operations, or sales management. This role requires excellent communication skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to resolve issues promptly while adhering to company policies. Being onsite full-time, the Store Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the branch's reputation and contributing to PetsPark's overall success.

Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily operations of the store to ensure high standards of performance and customer service.
- Lead, motivate, and oversee a team of employees, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Set, monitor, and drive achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators to meet business goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales growth and improve overall branch performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with warehouse and other departments to maintain optimal stock.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, attendance, and operational activities to support reporting and decision-making.
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and adherence to company policies, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Prepare detailed and regular reports on branch performance, sales analytics, and operational issues for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures, policies, and operational standards to maintain consistent service quality.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly to minimize disruptions and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment that aligns with company standards and enhances customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments including sales, accounts, and warehouse to achieve seamless operational flow.
- Participate actively in performance reviews and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of branch operations.
- Uphold loss prevention and security measures to safeguard company assets and inventory.
- Perform additional duties related to store operations as assigned by management to support overall business objectives.
