We are seeking a Temporary/Contract Pharmacist (Category A) based in Lahore to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Pharm or Pharm.D degree along with a valid Pakistan Category A license. This role requires a minimum of one year of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical field. The position involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing inventory and controlled substance storage, providing customer counseling, and supporting pharmacovigilance activities. The pharmacist will also be responsible for investigating complaints, overseeing labeling and batch tracking, and conducting quality checks. This is an on-site role with a morning shift schedule and may require occasional travel. The offered salary range is PKR 100,000 to 120,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to pharmaceutical operations.
- Manage inventory control and maintain proper storage of controlled substances in accordance with legal standards.
- Provide counseling and guidance to customers regarding medication usage and safety.
- Participate in pharmacovigilance activities, including monitoring and reporting adverse drug reactions.
- Investigate customer complaints thoroughly and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Oversee accurate labeling of pharmaceutical products and maintain batch tracking records.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure product integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support smooth operational workflows.
- Be available for on-site duties during morning shifts and undertake travel as required by the role.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid Pakistan Category A pharmacist license.
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a pharmaceutical setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, inventory management, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer counseling and team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
