The company is seeking a full-time, on-site Pharmacist based in Karāchi. The Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, reviewing prescriptions for appropriateness, and providing patients with clear counseling on dosage, potential side effects, and safe medication use. This role requires maintaining proper pharmaceutical inventory and storage, verifying insurance or payment details, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory, legal, and safety standards. The Pharmacist will also collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient therapy, resolve medication-related issues, and support chronic disease management. Daily duties include maintaining detailed records, participating in quality assurance activities, and contributing to patient education and wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and review prescriptions for clinical appropriateness.
- Provide thorough counseling to patients regarding medication use, side effects, and adherence.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including proper storage and stock control.
- Verify insurance coverage or payment details to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, legal, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans and resolve medication-related concerns.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and patient interactions.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and contribute to patient education and wellness efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in clinical pharmacology, prescription verification, and safe dispensing practices.
- Strong skills in patient counseling with the ability to communicate clearly about medication use and side effects.
- Experience managing pharmacy operations, including inventory control, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and basic digital tools for record-keeping and reporting.
- A recognized degree in Pharmacy (such as Pharm-D or equivalent) along with a valid local pharmacy license or registration.
- High attention to detail, ethical decision-making, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
