Pharmacy Branch Manager

DVAGO Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Branch Manager to oversee daily operations at one of its branches. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring outstanding customer service, maintaining strict compliance with healthcare regulations, and driving the branch’s overall performance. This position demands strong leadership skills and a solid background in pharmacy management to effectively supervise staff, manage inventory, and achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all branch operations, including the supervision of pharmacy staff and management of inventory.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and safety standards related to pharmacy practice.
- Maintain accurate and current records of prescriptions and sales transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally addressing any customer concerns.
- Regularly monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate inventory is maintained.
- Train, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff to improve their skills and overall performance.
- Implement effective management strategies to drive sales growth and enhance branch performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, with a Pharm-D preferred.
- Between 4 to 6 years of experience in pharmacy management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and engage with customers.
- Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and inventory control systems.
