Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead the daily operations of our pharmacy. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store functioning, uphold excellent customer service standards, maintain regulatory compliance, and effectively manage the pharmacy team. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily pharmacy operations to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Supervise, train, and support pharmacists and pharmacy staff to maintain high performance.
- Ensure prescriptions are processed accurately and safely, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain full compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, including stock, expiry dates, and controlled medicines, to prevent shortages or wastage.
- Oversee proper storage and handling of all medicines to guarantee quality and safety.
- Address customer concerns promptly and uphold high standards of customer service.
- Track branch performance and work towards achieving operational and sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain detailed operational reports and records for management review.
- Coordinate with the Head Office on staffing, inventory management, performance metrics, and other operational matters.
- Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, organized, and professionally maintained at all times.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Pharm-D degree from a recognized institution.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in retail pharmacy, with a preference for candidates who have held supervisory or managerial roles.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, inventory management, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team effectively and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and organizational abilities.
