Naeem Hospital is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Pharmacy Salesman to join our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmacy sales, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of assisting with medicine dispensing, billing support, and customer service within a hospital pharmacy setting. This role requires attention to detail, a responsible attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and patients in selecting and purchasing medicines.
- Manage pharmacy sales transactions and ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain proper stock arrangement and attractive product displays within the pharmacy.
- Monitor medicine availability and coordinate with the pharmacy in charge to ensure timely restocking.
- Dispense medicines correctly according to prescriptions, under supervision.
- Keep the pharmacy counter clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Provide patients with guidance on medicine availability and usage instructions based on doctors’ prescriptions.
- Support inventory management and conduct regular stock checks.
- Maintain detailed sales records and assist with daily reporting tasks.
- Adhere to hospital pharmacy policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate education is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in pharmacy sales or retail pharmacy, with hospital experience considered an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of medicines and prescription handling.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented personality.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with billing software is a plus.
