Pharmacy Tehnician

Naeem Hospital is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Pharmacy Salesman to join our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmacy sales and possess strong communication skills. This role involves assisting customers with medicine selection, supporting billing processes, and ensuring accurate dispensing of medicines within a hospital pharmacy setting. The candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and patients in selecting and purchasing medicines.
- Manage pharmacy sales and ensure accurate billing procedures.
- Maintain proper stock arrangement and attractive product displays in the pharmacy.
- Monitor medicine availability and coordinate with the pharmacy in charge for timely restocking.
- Dispense medicines correctly according to prescriptions, under supervision.
- Keep the pharmacy counter clean, organized, and presentable.
- Provide guidance to patients regarding medicine availability and usage instructions as per doctors’ prescriptions.
- Support inventory management and conduct regular stock checks.
- Maintain sales records and assist with daily reporting tasks.
- Adhere to hospital pharmacy policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate education; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in pharmacy sales or retail pharmacy, with hospital experience considered an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of medicines and prescription handling.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic hospital environment.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with billing software is a plus.
