Job Description
· Develop and implement yearly, monthly and weekly plans for the sales of retail and domestic segments as per budget.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales and achieve sustainable business growth
· To deploy best distribution techniques through which desirable product deliveries would be attained.
· To develop customers/market segmentation and making sure to get targets achievement from each channel.
· To conduct market penetration and design business development strategies.
· To develop and implement sales incentives and discount policies.
· Manages and prepare rolling sales forecasts for every quarter.
· To identify new business opportunities and have such capacity to capitalized them amicably.
· To conduct sales analysis & provide appropriate feedback for business enhancement.
· To liaison with support functions to ensure effective and efficient implementation of business decisions.
· Lead, motivate and manage the sales team and ensuring target achievement on regular basis.
· To liaison with the human resources department, helping them in implementing and monitoring of performance management system in the company.
· Lead all type of marketing activities and also manage all the activities of BTL team
· Ensuring 100% implementation of sales and marketing SOPs.
