We are seeking a highly knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert with a PhD in Electronics to join our global AI community as a PhD Data Partner. This remote role offers flexible working hours and focuses on leveraging your domain expertise to design advanced, domain-specific questions and solutions. You will be responsible for creating challenging problem sets that require deep reasoning and subject mastery, contributing directly to the development and refinement of AI models used by some of the world’s largest brands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop complex, original question-and-answer pairs centered on advanced topics within your field of expertise.
- Design questions that require multi-step problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Provide detailed, clear, and academically rigorous solutions to accompany each question.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously refine and enhance the quality of content.

Required Qualifications:
- A completed PhD (or local equivalent) in Electronics is essential.
- Strong proficiency in English writing, demonstrating excellent grammar, clarity, and the ability to explain complex concepts concisely.

Assessment Process:
Candidates will undergo a subject-specific qualification exam to assess their suitability for the role. Additionally, identity verification is required before joining the community.

Payment and Compensation:
Pay rates currently range from $10 to $15 USD per hour, varying based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project requirements, and other factors. Higher rates may be available for candidates with PhDs. Payment terms are specified for each project.
