You will create challenging problem sets that require deep reasoning and expertise, helping to improve machine learning models for some of the world’s largest brands. As part of a global network of over one million contributors, you will play a key role in collecting, enhancing, training, translating, and localizing content to build better AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop complex, original question-and-answer pairs focused on advanced topics within your area of expertise.
- Design questions that require multi-step problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Provide detailed and clear solutions that adhere to high academic standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and improve content quality.

Required Qualifications:
- A completed PhD or local equivalent in Electronics is essential.
- Strong proficiency in English writing, demonstrating excellent grammar, clarity, and the ability to explain complex concepts concisely.

Assessment:
Candidates will undergo a subject-specific qualification exam to evaluate their suitability for the role. Successful completion of identity verification is also required before joining the community.

Payment:
Compensation ranges from $10 to $15 USD per hour, depending on expertise, skills assessment, location, project requirements, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to candidates with PhDs. Payment terms vary by project and will be provided accordingly.
