PhD & Fully Funded Scholarship Admissions Specialist

Future Serve is looking for a knowledgeable and research-oriented professional to join as a PhD & Fully Funded Scholarship Admissions Specialist. This part-time role, based in Peshawar and requiring in-person attendance, offers a pathway to full-time employment based on performance. The successful candidate will work closely with prospective PhD and Master’s students, assisting them in identifying, preparing for, and applying to fully funded international scholarships and research opportunities. This position involves guiding students through academic profile building, application procedures, and connecting them with suitable supervisors and programs worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Future Serve’s existing database of scholarship and PhD applicants.
- Research and identify fully funded PhD and Master’s scholarships, funded research projects, research assistantships, and other international funding opportunities.
- Evaluate students’ academic and research profiles to recommend appropriate countries, universities, programs, supervisors, and funding options.
- Assist students in enhancing their academic profiles, including research experience, publications, conference papers, and academic CV preparation.
- Understand students’ disciplines, research interests, and long-term goals to align them with suitable research directions and opportunities.
- Conduct detailed research on potential professors and supervisors to find those whose research aligns with each student’s profile.
- Review academic publications, research interests, projects, and funding status of professors to assess compatibility.
- Draft and customize professional, personalized emails to professors and potential supervisors on behalf of students.
- Guide students through university and scholarship portals, application processes, eligibility criteria, documentation, deadlines, and funding conditions.
- Maintain an organized tracker for applications, scholarship deadlines, supervisor communications, and student follow-ups.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with students, providing updates throughout the application process.

Required Qualifications

- PhD completed, currently enrolled in a PhD program, or Master’s degree holder with strong academic and research experience.
- Solid knowledge of fully funded PhD opportunities and international scholarship pathways.
- Good understanding of international PhD admissions, research-based applications, and scholarship procedures.
- Experience or strong familiarity with student profile evaluation and academic profile building.
- Broad understanding of academic disciplines, research areas, and the importance of publications and research experience in competitive applications.
- Proven ability to conduct effective professor/supervisor research and assess research compatibility.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to write professional, personalized, and persuasive academic emails.
- Familiarity with university application systems, scholarship portals, and online research tools.
- Excellent research, analytical, organizational, and student engagement skills.
- Ability to independently search, verify, organize, and update academic opportunities regularly.

Training and Support

The selected candidate will receive initial training and ongoing support to become familiar with Future Serve’s processes, student database, research tools, opportunity tracking system, and workflow.
