As a P.H.D Specialist (Patient Scheduling & Intake), you will serve as a crucial communication bridge between U.S. healthcare facilities, medical offices, and patients. Your main responsibilities will include managing inbound patient registrations, coordinating appointment schedules, and handling pre-visit preparations with precision and efficiency. This role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both patients and healthcare providers to ensure a smooth intake process.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Services: Handle inbound patient calls promptly, schedule appointments accurately, and register new patients into the system with attention to detail.
Clinic Coordination: Communicate directly with U.S. doctor’s offices to confirm office hours, appointment availability, scheduling changes, and location updates.
Intake Documentation: Collect and verify patient demographic information, insurance details, and reasons for visits during the intake process.
Front Desk Operations: Provide support for front-end administrative tasks at U.S.-based healthcare facilities as required.
Specialized Support: Assist patients in completing initial documentation and navigating services under the guidance of the Patient Help Desk Manager.
Required Qualifications
Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of customer support experience, ideally within a healthcare setting or an international call center environment.
Communication: Fluency in English with strong verbal communication skills; a North American accent is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications and general computer navigation is essential.
Work Schedule: Ability to work night shifts from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Friday.

Candidates should be comfortable working onsite at the office location. The role requires reliable commuting to the office situated in Rawalpindi. Flexibility and willingness to work the specified night shift hours are critical for success in this position.
