Business Development Executive

Philbox is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and developing effective sales strategies. You will actively engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions that align with Philbox's offerings. Managing a team of six professionals, you will lead by example to achieve sales targets and improve overall business performance. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in business development or sales, coupled with strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. You will play a pivotal role in expanding Philboxs customer base while maintaining excellent customer relationship management practices. This role requires a proactive approach to market trends, coordination with team members, and the ability to implement strategic initiatives that enhance revenue generation.
Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company growth and revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to maximize satisfaction and retention.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed business targets.
Lead and manage a team of six, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve collective goals.
Collaborate with internal departments to align sales activities with the company's objectives and customer needs.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer demands.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Manage customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to sustain positive relationships.
