Phlebotomist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting blood specimens through venipuncture and capillary methods while ensuring patient comfort and safety. This role requires strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols, accurate specimen labeling, and effective coordination with laboratory staff to guarantee timely processing. The position operates on a full-time basis with rotational shifts, including morning, evening, and night schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection with precision and care.
- Ensure all specimens are properly labeled and handled according to established protocols.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards to protect both patients and staff.
- Provide a professional and reassuring experience to patients during the collection process.
- Collaborate closely with laboratory personnel to ensure specimens are processed promptly and accurately.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in phlebotomy or a related clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and compassionately with patients.
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights.
