The Photocopy Operator is responsible for efficiently operating photocopiers, printers, scanners, and other document-processing equipment to ensure the timely and accurate reproduction of various documents. This role requires attention to detail to maintain high-quality output while managing daily machine preparation and troubleshooting minor issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate photocopiers, multifunction printers (MFPs), scanners, and related office equipment with proficiency.
- Prepare machines for daily use, ensuring sufficient availability of paper, toner, and other necessary consumables.
- Inspect the quality of printed and copied documents, addressing basic operational problems as they arise.
- Organize print and photocopy jobs according to specific instructions, maintaining workflow efficiency.
- Handle confidential and sensitive documents with discretion, ensuring document security at all times.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of photocopiers and printers to keep equipment in good working condition.
- Report technical faults, paper jams, error messages, and other equipment issues promptly to supervisors or technical support teams.
Required Qualifications

Compensation and Work Location
