Key Responsibilities
The Photographer will work full-time in a remote capacity, responsible for producing compelling visual content across various projects and channels. This role involves planning and executing photo shoots, including concept development, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams or clients. Daily tasks include capturing high-quality images, managing lighting and composition, and organizing digital assets to ensure easy access and reuse. The Photographer will also perform basic post-production editing and collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency. Preparing images for both online and offline campaigns is essential, along with maintaining consistent quality, meeting deadlines, and communicating proactively within a remote work setting.

Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in digital photography, with strong skills in composition, lighting, and camera operation.
- Experience using photo editing and post-production software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to plan and manage all aspects of photo shoots, including logistics, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling and the creation of brand-aligned imagery suitable for marketing, social media, and web platforms.
- Strong organizational skills for managing files, applying naming conventions, and maintaining a structured digital asset library.
- Effective communication skills for remote collaboration, including the ability to provide clear updates and work efficiently with digital tools.
- High attention to detail, reliability in meeting deadlines, and adaptability to diverse creative and technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in commercial, product, event, or portrait photography is advantageous.
